Last 2 times I was at Edcondido service dept was just horrible! They lied to me and was very rude. I would not go back again to Edcondido. When i came to Temecula, Steve was very courteous and very knowledgable. He address my hybrid failure, and took care the rental. Everyone at the service dept was exeptional.
