Worked with Blake (usually I work with Adonis but he was out of the office at the time) to do a warranty repair on my Elantra 2023 since it had damaged rear shock absorbers. They arranged a Lyft to take me to work and then another one to pick me up when my car was ready, which I really appreciated! The entire process was smooth, organized, and quick. It was so nice to be able to drop off my car, go about my workday, and be picked up once everything was finished. I was in and out without any hassle. Great customer service all around. We were disappointed and inconvenienced when we took our car in for a repair. It took them a while to get it done. We had to use a much smaller vehicle without hybrid. Then when we picked up the car th car in for a repair. It took them a while to get it done. We had to use a much smaller vehicle without hybrid. Then when we picked up the car they scratched the paint on the hood. Now we’ve been waiting over a week to get the Hyundai loaner we requested so we can get the hood painted. There is also a lack of communication from the service advisor. We usually have to call him back because he doesn’t follow up. We’ve been going to this dealer for years and the service has really plummeted. More
