They are not truthful. I have mentioned before I come, not to add any accessories in order to get the sales price to start negotiating. When I was there I agreed with the price and the color but they wanted me to test drive another car while they were preparing the car that I wanted. When we got back to dealership chandler told me that the car I wanted has been sold yesterday and showed me another color that I agreed with. As he prepared anything that needed to process the transaction and before proceeding to financing process I noticed that the price was different from initially agreed with. When I asked why? Brad explained that they included some accessories that cost $1500. When I asked they said that accessories come from Hyundai that we can not do anything with it. And some accessories I really don’t need and does not like it. I felt fooled by them. But because I came with my wife and sister and we already spent more than 2 hours at the dealer I felt under pressured to close the deal. More
