My visit to the service center was for a recall. The anti theft upgrade was done quickly and professionally. The service agents were personable and very informative throughout the entire process. My 2024 Santa Fe seems to be troublesome. I've had two situations that shut the car down and required immediate service. I do not consider the car to be reliable. More

I needed to drop off my car and get to work, and they made the entire process so easy and stress-free. They arranged a Lyft to take me to work and then another one to pick me up when my car was ready, which I really appreciated! The entire process was smooth, organized, and quick. It was so nice to be able to drop off my car, go about my workday, and be picked up once everything was finished. I was in and out without any hassle. Great customer service all around. Thank you, Temecula Hyundai, for making the experience so convenient and taking such good care of me and my car. Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More

I brought my vehicle in for an oil leak inspection and to inquire about replacing a cracked windshield. During that visit, I received the diagnosis for the oil leak and was advised that I would need to retur inquire about replacing a cracked windshield. During that visit, I received the diagnosis for the oil leak and was advised that I would need to return on a different day to have the windshield replaced because the glass shop had already closed for the day. Since it was a Saturday, I understood and scheduled an appointment for August 8, 2026, at 8:00 AM, which was two weeks later. On August 8, I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 AM and was told it would likely be ready between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Around 2:30 PM, I received a call informing me that the windshield had not been delivered in time to complete the repair before the glass shop closed at 3:00 PM. I was told I would receive my vehicle back on Monday instead. I was also informed that I did not qualify for a loaner vehicle and that the dealership would provide an Uber on Monday morning. However, no definite completion time could be given beyond "hopefully" sometime around 9:00 or 10:00 AM. I explained that this would not work because I needed to get my child to school and get myself to work on Monday morning. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing else that could be done. Immediately after that conversation, I called back to request that my vehicle simply be returned to me and that I would reschedule the windshield replacement for another date. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for someone in the service department. When I finally hung up and called back, I was on hold for another five minutes before someone answered. After explaining that I wanted my vehicle returned, I was placed on hold again for approximately 15 minutes. I was then informed that my vehicle had already been taken to the glass shop, which had since closed, and there was no way to retrieve it until Monday. Had I been able to reach someone in a reasonable amount of time, my vehicle could have been retrieved before the glass shop closed. I again requested a rental or loaner vehicle and was told that loaners were not available, that I did not qualify for one, and that any rental would be at my own expense. My primary concern is that I specifically scheduled this appointment two weeks in advance and dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning on a Saturday so there would be sufficient time to complete the work. Why was the windshield not available for my scheduled appointment? Why was the glass shop not coordinated with in advance to ensure the necessary parts and arrangements were in place, particularly after I explained that I could not leave my vehicle during the week without alternative transportation? Calling me late in the afternoon to inform me that the work could not be completed, after my vehicle had already been sent elsewhere, left me with no reasonable options. This situation appears to have been caused by a lack of planning, communication, and coordination between the dealership and the glass shop. The entire experience was frustrating and could have been completely avoided with proper preparation. If a customer schedules a Saturday appointment that requires work by a third-party glass shop with limited Saturday hours, I would expect the necessary planning and communication to occur beforehand to ensure the repair can be completed as promised. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and would appreciate a response regarding what went wrong and how this matter will be addressed. More
