I have used Temecula Hyundai twice so far, and unfortunately both times the issue was not solved and I had to return the vehicle for further repair. The positive is that they provided me with a loaner vehicle, the negative is I had to take time out of my busy schedule and return/address the issue. In speaking to the managers, they say they understand and are polite, yet the communication was extremely poor and I had to follow up for updates and to confirm the repairs were done, both times. When calling it always seemed to be a finger pointing issue, with someone saying someone else was supposed to call me back! I will try one final time if needed, yet if it remains the same, and I have issues with the repair and communication, it will be my last. There are other issues, I just don’t want to belabor my point. More

Huge shout out and fist bump to Pedro for making it happen!! And to finish it off, our finance guy Chris was equally as awesome!! Not pushy on the upsales they're required to go over, efficient with the paperwork, and super friendly. Bottom line is this...if you're looking to get into a new or used Hyundai you gotta go see these guys at Temecula Hyundai! They are hands down the best dealership I've EVER had the pleasure of dealing with! Very transparent and upfront and they seem to genuinely care about getting you the best deal possible.
