I was fortunate enough to find a 2022 Honda CRV at Honda of Valley Stream, even during the short inventories caused in part by the chip deficits. Steve Calderone in Sales was gracious and patient, even as I of Valley Stream, even during the short inventories caused in part by the chip deficits. Steve Calderone in Sales was gracious and patient, even as I anxiously called him each week to find out the status of the vehicle that I had put the down payment on. Once the vehicle arrived (within the promised time frame) things moved quickly to delivery. I am very pleased with the sales department, especially give the difficult inventory conditions they were operating under. The car had a vibration and loud rattle at speed after I took delivery and I had to bring it back for service with only 700 miles on it. I ended up waiting 4-5 hours while they did their trouble shooting. It's very difficult to pinpoint the source of a vibration in any complex product, especially one with so many individual parts so I should not have been surprised that it took so long. Willie, the service manager, was clear and patient as he explained the steps they took to locate the issue. Once found, they effected the repair and road tested it in about 30 minutes. Kudos to Willie and Kevin for their outstanding customer service that day. Thanks - More
