This is our fourth car from Lurie Keener. We were looking to replace the car that was 8 years old but I wanted a hybrid just like it . He called the next day saying one had been turned in and I needed to come over and buy it quick because it is so rare to get a hybrid resale. We were there and purchased it in one day. Polite salesman who apparently had other activities while dealing with me so I had to wait a lot. Trade it offer insulting so I had to take car to Carmax for $10K more than your offer. The buying process was easy and hassle free. I worked with someone the previous day and he was not very helpful and didn’t seem interested in helping me (for example -did not get any of my info) I worked with someone the previous day and he was not very helpful and didn’t seem interested in helping me (for example -did not get any of my info). I almost did not want to go back, but the car I wanted was at the dealership. I’m glad I gave it another chance and Merrell was great. He worked extremely hard to help us and even stayed late to help go over the car. More
