The car sales area is fine, but the service area is fantastic. My car had some front damage, and thank god I did not have to take it to the collision center. In general, collision department estimates are way too high. Unfortunately, my sales guy knew I did not want to go there, and I think I paid a little too much for my ES 350. It is easier to negotiate when you can drive away. More
