This is a new vehicle. At the time of purchase, the second key was missing. I was promised a replacement key. After severel moths and mutiple follow ups with multiple emplo At the time of purchase, the second key was missing. I was promised a replacement key. After severel moths and mutiple follow ups with multiple employees, no replacement key was ever provided. The car was not starting. I requested to bring the car in after jump starting it, but could not get an appointment. Finally the car required towing as it could no longer be jump started. Both primary and secondary batteries were dead. The vehicle was not assessed for 4 days and the battery not replaced for over one week. Multiple calls to the dealership went unanswered, as in nobody picking the phone up! When speaking to someone, youa re promised a call back that never happens. When I finally picked up the car yesterday, I requested to speak with the general manager who had already left for the day. Spoke to the sales manager. Her answer was unsetteling:" We sell the cars, we don't make them." I arranged for the vehicle to be towed to the dealership thru Jeep roadside assistance. I ended up having to pay for the towing. The battery replacement was done under warranty, but they refused to reimburse me for the cost of getting the undrivable vehicle into their shop for warranty work. We are now 24 hours later and have not yet received a call back from the general manager as I requested. Don't know if this is the way Jeep treats it customers or is it only this dealership. Very dissatisfied with my experience. More

Not pleased how Chrysler jeep handle my vehicle issues. My jeep had an issue shifting gear. Brought the vehicle to dealer as it was protected by manufacture warranty. The dealer poorly diagnosed the vehicle and did minor valve body repair which didn't fix the problem. shifting gear ISSUE reapered, brought vehicle to the dealer FOR REPAIR and was told that I was responsible for the repair cost event though it was exact same issues they worked on when car was under warranty. NOT BUYING JEEP AGAIN. I FEEL I WAS TREATED UNFAIR AS THIS SEEMS TO BE A KNOWN ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE. ALSO DEALER HAS A POOR SERVICE. THEY DON'T SEND YOU ANY UPDATES TO KEEP YOU INFORM OF THE REPAIR PROGRESS. EVERYTIME I SHOWED UP AT SERVICE DESK TO CHECK ON MY VEHICLE ALL I GET FROM SERVICE REP IS LIE AFTER LIE. Overpriced labor, and parts Prices they want it over $1200 for a simple tuneup of six spark plugs coil and spark plug wires.
