Shelley was super helpful and got everything addressed for my Highlander checkup. She also spent time answering my questions. The service took a while so would be nice if scheduling ahead meant an hour- for my Highlander checkup. She also spent time answering my questions. If it were not for Shelley I would not be servicing my car there! Shelly is absolutely the best! She's attentive and very knowledgeable! She does not try to sell what you don't need. When I pulled into the service center not one person came out. (I sat in the car at least 5 min) So I went inside. Again, not one person asked if I needed help. I finally went up to someone and said “is this where we go for appointments”? The person said yes, and looked me up to see which advisor I would be seeing! He sent me to Shelly. Once I was with her everything was great! More

I bought my Sienna at a different dealership. When I took it there for service it was very cold and impersonal. Fair prices compared to most dealerships. Fixed my problem in one day. Good hours and communication.
