Since I moved out of Wise County, I choose to drive one hour each way to James Wood to get the oil changed in my vehicles. Service advisor, Shawn Hooe, always finds a way to get both minor repairs, or eve hour each way to James Wood to get the oil changed in my vehicles. I have the 6. 2 engine. It locked up, no kind of warning. The motor was replaced, truck was in the shop for, repair for 6 weeks. I was given a lowner to drive. My t 2 engine.
