Being a Finance Manager gives me the opportunity to work directly with our customers, which is the best part of the job. I love meeting new people from all walks of life. I have a great sense of humor and enjoy providing my customers with a fun experience. I joined the Rallye BMW dealership in 2012, coming from Hassel BMW, where I had been working since 2002. My longevity with BMW spans 15 years. This is the best brand in the automotive industry. My customers are like family. I have watched many of them grow up over the years, as they came in with their parents, and now they are purchasing cars from me as an adult. Clients enjoy working with me because I am a good listener and not pushy. I’m a big fan of the New England Patriots. Go Pats! Some of my awards and accomplishments in the auto industry include BMW Honors and BMW Charters at platinum, gold, silver, and bronze levels.

Dealership is good but Service Department is so so. I brought my car in for service but many things were not done with care and the service person didn’t respond to my questions and concerns. For examp I brought my car in for service but many things were not done with care and the service person didn’t respond to my questions and concerns. For example, I had a new tire replaced, and I was told that all the wheels had to be fixed, which is fine because I bought the insurance. However, when I got the car back, two of the tires’ pressure were at 58 and 67. I texted the representative and I was just totally ignored. I also requested that while it was it service, for almost a week, to please charge my hybrid before I pick it up but I got it back with zero miles on the electric charge. More

I was not kept informed of the status of my vehicle unless I specifically called. I was also sent a video of the tires being inspected, but the car was dropped off because of a suspension issue. Finally I was assured that the car would be ready by Thursday morning 5/23 and no one contacted me to say it was ready. I called at 11am and no one had an update and didn’t call me back. It wasn’t until I called back again at 12:15 that I was told the car was ready. I should not have to follow up so many times on my own. Additionally this is a brand new vehicle that we had for only 1 month when this issue occurred. That should not happen on a new vehicle. I even called my sales rep and left a voicemail. He emailed me back instead of called. All this points to bad service. More
