Michael Mack did a great job working with the technicians in the service department to try to resolve the issue with the transmission on my wife's 2008 Accord and helping me decide to trade it in for a new c in the service department to try to resolve the issue with the transmission on my wife's 2008 Accord and helping me decide to trade it in for a new car.
