Recently my wife and I went to Galleria BMW to look at their SUV’s. By the time we left the facility with a new vehicle we both felt it was the most pleasant buying experience we had ever encountered, and their SUV’s. By the time we left the facility with a new vehicle we both felt it was the most pleasant buying experience we had ever encountered, and I’m 71 years old and as you can imagine have done this many times throughout the years. First, when Shane greeted us he didn’t ask a bunch of questions about our intensions but rather suggested we allow him to give us a tour of their entire facility. It was very impressive and gave us the confidence to know we were dealing with a very professional organization. Only after our tour did Shane suggest we take a look at a particular vehicle that we may be interested in. I don't know how he did it but the first vehicle he showed us was exactly what we were looking for, which was further confirmed after taking a test drive. I want to stress there was never any high pressure sales tactics used by Shane throughout the entire sales process. He simply provided information we asked for and simply allowed the quality of the vehicle and the confidence we now had in the dealership to close the sale. I have no reservations in recommending Shane Dusang and the Galleria dealership for your BMW needs. You won’t be disappointed! More

I purchased a certified pre-owned car from our of state with Shane at Galleria. Shane was excellent to deal with. He, and the rest of the team, were incredibly responsive to all of my inquiries. They sent me the detailed internal inspection report, and importantly, allowed me to get an independent pre-purchase inspection done with no complaint. This made it clear they stood behind the car they were selling. The transaction was completed smoothly, they allowed me to schedule my own transport, and the car arrived as described. Overall, it was a very positive experience and would recommend Shane to anyone looking for a BMW. More
