Shalon and the Klaben service center were wonderful during my last visit for service on my truck. Shalon made the appointment with me and even followed up the weekend before my appointment to verify during my last visit for service on my truck. He was very courteous and efficient when I arrived at the center on Monday. All work was completed within a few short hours. Shalon explained in detail all the recall work that was done. He walked me out to the vehicle also which was a nice touch. All in all, a great experience at Klaben Service Center and with Shalon. I highly recommend!! More

I explained the issue over the phone when I scheduled the service, then when I arrived, I had to explain it again. Then after I was in the waiting room for an hour, I had to explain it again. All for a ta service, then when I arrived, I had to explain it again. Then after I was in the waiting room for an hour, I had to explain it again. All for a tail light issue that was resolved by changing light bulbs. The service contact also said they would take care of an outstanding recall. Great! Until I was ready to leave, when he said they couldn't do it because they didn't have the part. I have to schedule another appt for that but the tail lights work now, so that's something. More
