The delivery Dept took personalized plate covers off and never out them back on and have in the past thrown them away. Last time Al went into the dumpsters to get them and thank goodness this time they were just set aside on a desk. I mean! That's dedication! The issue I had unfortunately was having leadership address concerns after I purchased the vehicle. Since the purchase was made already there has not been a response because they simply don't care. They made the sale and that's the end of that. I voiced concern that my brand new car already had 248 miles on it but there was no resolution offered. There was an email from Pat Pomeranz asking how my experience was hoping I do the survey and if I wasn't completely satisfied to let him know. I called twice and emailed back twice with no response. The emails just keep coming to fill out their survey, and I wanted to hold off to give a good review pending leadership talk to me about what they could do. I was never followed up with and I am disappointed because I have been a loyal customer for the last 7 years this being my 3 car. More

I almost bought a car at another dealership but decided to look elsewhere after being bullied by the salesmen and I’m so happy I gave my business to Heiser. Bill was super nice, accommodating, not pushy, and really went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready for me in my timeline. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional and respectful and I also appreciate not being pushed into other cars/financing options but happy I was given different choices. It really turned my car buying experience into a less stressful and positive one and I did feel that I was an important customer. More
