Terrible experience, rusted vehicle. 3 long months of problems with this dealership. Title issues, hiding condition problems, loads of incompetence. Wasted so much time. First, negotiation was non-existent (This is surprisingly absurd considering the condition I later discovered.). Regardless, I got a couple hundred off and that's where the mess started. The sales people I talked to seemed nice. But Financial was awful to work with. I constantly had to mediate between them and my bank, for what should be a seamless back end process for me. I had to call or email over 10 times to make sure they were doing what my bank needed. The process took weeks, and I needed the vehicle in a month. When I finally received my vehicle (it was shipped to me) and they failed to include the temp license... just more incompetence. Now I had to wait for them to mail my temp while my new car sat in my yard.. un-driveable.. (the temp was not even overnighted, or anything to make up for this, it took 3-4 days in the mail). So, I receive my temp tag and we get to finally drive the car, this was almost a month after agreeing to buy it (out of state sale). A week later, I go to pay my taxes and attempt to get my real license plate, and I find out that neither me, nor my bank has the title.. (the bank has long since paid for the vehicle). This genuinely took 2 months to fix.. I had to get a new 60 day temp from my state, and it legitimately ran out before Heiser "found" my title, and sent it to my bank. It took numerous calls and emails. They kept stating that they didn't have it, or they already sent everything. On another note, the vehicle I received was rubbish. I asked for lots of pictures of the underside to inspect for rust before buying, and the pictures I got back look nothing like the vehicle they sent me. They hid severe rust corrosion in shadows and dark parts of the photos. Incredibly scummy.. I'm very upset about that. Considering the high mileage and the rust damage, the vehicle should have been at least 2000$ less than what I paid, But they wanted to hide it and make some sleazy profit. Not to mention the paint touch ups on the front that have dried paint drips.. I'm pretty sure this car was in an unreported accident, or at least a couple bumper taps. There was so many marks that the shipping company asked me if they told me the condition, they were scared I would think the damage happened in transit. A long drawn out awful 3 months later, I'm left with an overpriced vehicle with heavy corrosion in the wheel hubs and catalytic converter, and bad paint touchups. At least it runs okay for now, I doubt it will last 5 years. My advice, stay away from this dealership, and if you have to deal with them, take any used vehicle you are going to buy into a trusted third party mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. More

When Inspected the car, I noticed the tread was not the 50% it was supposed to be. They would not budge on the price though. 3 months later I'm buying new tires and regretting I didn't stick to my guns on the tires more. The mileage listed with Toyota Financial was not the mileage listed on my bill of sale. When I asked Toyota Financial to update it, they said it to be corrected by the dealer. I asked Heiser to updatte it several times via phone calls and emails, and it was never updated. This affects the warranty. That this was not taken more seriously really irked me. All in all, a better deal than I found anywhere else, but did not really meet my minimum standards of making sure you're doing right by the customer where you can. More
