Had no problems with dealership until my 2019. Tundra sunroof exploded outward. No one seem to have any knowledge about this problem and when I spoke to the service manager. He claimed he knew not Tundra sunroof exploded outward. No one seem to have any knowledge about this problem and when I spoke to the service manager. He claimed he knew nothing about this problem. I told him there is an article ( from toyota nation ) and his response was I don’t have to read anything except what toyota sends him . So much for safety and there are many articles on the internet . Very disappointed. You need to either keep denying the problem or educate your staff. More

I want to specifically acknowledge Mike Krueger, the Service Director for his professionalism and great service. Having purchased my RAV4 in December, I wanted to service it at a Toyota dealership.
