I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. Prompt serrvice I was visiting from out of state. A car wash had broken off the passenger side mirror of my F-150. Klaben Ford had a mirror in stock and immediately r I was visiting from out of state. A car wash had broken off the passenger side mirror of my F-150. Klaben Ford had a mirror in stock and immediately replaced it. The service and professionalism was outstanding. Brandon was also most helpful in connecting my cell phone to sync with my truck, something I have been unable to do. Thank you Sean & Brandon More
