Excellent from start to finish My car broke down and we found out with the help of Sean that most of the repairs were under factory warranty. My car was taken to Klaben on Friday an My car broke down and we found out with the help of Sean that most of the repairs were under factory warranty. My car was taken to Klaben on Friday and ready for pickup on Monday. They not only replaced the parts that had malfunctioned, but they also replaced the door latches and gas tank seal because there were factory warranties on those as well. Their customer service is excellent and I felt that I could trust Sean and Mike. They kept in contact with me every step of the way. More

Excellent effort on a difficult problem I had a problem with air conditioning that was not simple to solve (other service providers were unable to solve the issue). Went the extra mile Transmission on my 2013 e150 went out and as this is the vehicle I use for my remodeling business I was out of work until it got fixed. Replacement wa Transmission on my 2013 e150 went out and as this is the vehicle I use for my remodeling business I was out of work until it got fixed. Replacement was covered by extended warranty and the service manager upgraded my rental to a van at no cost so i could get back to work. They kept me informed every day of their progress. They gave me a great deal in rear brake job because job took a little longer than they originally thought. I will return for future service needs. More
