Best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Saved me $12, 000 and I didn't buy a car. Car repair of $2,000 was covered by VW and I didn't have to spend $10,000. to buy a car. I originally ended up at Dean Team Ballwin because the dealer I purchased my previous car from would not help me with emergency brake issues. DT Ballwin got me in right away, gave me loaner, and replaced dealer I purchased my previous car from would not help me with emergency brake issues. DT Ballwin got me in right away, gave me loaner, and replaced all parts under warranty. This experience has kept me there for service ever since. It is also the reason I decided to purchase my new car with them. The Service Team and Sales Team are all great. Low pressure with open and honest dialogue. I wouldn't purchase another VW anywhere else. More

Dream Team Subaru in Baldwin is the best I am so impressed with Annie in customer service. She made me feel like she truly wanted to help me.
