As a Service Advisor, I have the opportunity to work with customers directly and it's a pleasure to help solve their problems. My career in the auto industry began 37 years ago. Prior to that, I worked in service stations. I have a strong understanding of BMW documentation for CPO and warranty requirements. Some awards I've received include the 2010 BMW Silver Podium award and 2016 BMW Customer First award. My wife, Michelle, and I have been married for 29 years and have three sons, two grandsons, and one granddaughter. We love to travel and have been around the US and to destinations including Mexico, Bermuda, Rome, Italy, and more. We are very active within the Catholic Church and currently sponsor a young girl in Africa through Compassion International. In my spare time, I enjoy fishing, hiking, and most outdoor activities. At the dealership, I am a Certified Pre-Owned Service Advisor. I love what I do and can’t wait to meet you and help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

He was thorough and made the process of leasing the car quick and everything went smoothly. When I had to bring in my car for service they took me right in and there was essentially no wait time. Scott was my service advisor and he was great he called me to talk to me about my car and what was done and super friendly. When I went back to pick it up I waited less than 5 minutes to pick it up. Such a quick and painless process for everything. I had a fantastic experience with Rallye BMW. More
