I just looked at the bottom of this page, I did not know that HOME DELIVERY of my new car was an option. I had home delivery of my Volkswagen that I bought from a VW dealership in 2012, and I had hoped that Scott would offer home delivery for my new RAV4. He did not. I mentioned to Scott that I would need to take Lyft or Uber to get to the dealership to pick up my car, and Scott did not offer a home delivery. It turned out that a neighbor drove me over there, but I found out later that she had to take off from her work early in order to do this. I would have appreciated having home delivery of the car. Though I purchased a new Tundra from this location in October 2024, the sales manager under the new ownership made it clear to me that they didn't view me as their customer. Service was terrible, with the advisors acting as if the customers were more an obstacle than the point, poor facilities, with trash strewn about, and rude advisors. I purchased a $65,000.00 luxury vehicle and expect to be treated as such. BMW and Acura treat me much better, even though I'm bringing in much older cars, worth much less, that weren't even purchased from their location. I recommend finding any other dealer. I will not return for future purchases or service. More
