Had a minivan that broke down so I purchased another large vehicle with 3rd row seating because I needed it for my business and my family of 6. I spoke to the GM who said everything would be taken care of as I had been given a hertz rental that at least had the space I needed for my business which they were trying to make me give back and I needed. 4 days later I received a message that I needed to bring the rental back and they put me in a 4 door car that absolutely doesn’t work for my business or family of 6.
