Just bought a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and I am so excited. Richard Ewing the sales manager helped me get the Jeep. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. They don’t care about anything but the almighty dollar you are a cash machine they sold me a new jeep compass and it has trans problems but don’t care about me just my money and told me to trade it in o you are a cash machine they sold me a new jeep compass and it has trans problems but don’t care about me just my money and told me to trade it in on ANOTHER new one and they would take mine in (2400 miles) for used car prices! it’s a 2023 Latitude it’s been in the shop a total of 4 .times and they recognized the problem but because there were no codes showing they didn’t know what to repair and I would just have to live with it. I am moving for with a legal help! More

What a disappointing! Looked at a 83K truck. Told them I would take it and down hill from there. After over a week they told me everything was ready. Schedule a pickup. G Looked at a 83K truck. Issues with the truck that needed to be fixed had not been done. Truck still had no detailing. Stickers all over the truck. And on top of that the Manager was very rude!! If you looking for customers service stay away from Seattle Jeep! More
