NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! !!! Picked up a brand new Ram Limited from this dealer as they were offering the best deal or so I thought... I worked out most of the details over t !!! Picked up a brand new Ram Limited from this dealer as they were offering the best deal or so I thought... I worked out most of the details over the phone and told the salesman Waleed to have the numbers ready when I got there. I told him what I wanted my max payment to be and he made it sound like it wouldn't be a problem. Typical bait you to get there then tell you, we didn't really mean that. Negotiated for an hour or so to get my payment closer to what I wanted. They acted like I was getting rebates but that wasn't true either. I did a quick look over the truck before they took it to get washed and vacuumed. By the time they brought the truck back it was dark. It rained for the next three days and first sunny day (5th day) I washed it. I was SHOCKED, there were about 10 scratches, the roof had this gray haze all over it and it had 2 small dents, one on the passenger door and one on the cab above the bed rail. Also the molding on the driver door has 3 spots where it looks like the paint peeled and they chromed over it. I couldn't believe it. I immediately took pictures and called Waleed. He said he would show his manager and call me immediately. I waited 4 hours then texted him again, finally got a call back and was told he would call tomorrow because his manager wasn't available or something. Guess what... no call, waited a day no call, waited another day and I called the dealer to talk to a sales manager, they said they would call back, no call. I call again and finally was able to talk to Terry (fleet manager). He says because I took the truck and didn't notice the damage maybe they'll cover half, really 81k for a brand new truck and they'll cover half, unbelievable! I text Waleed again and he says the other manager Ryan was supposed to call me. I talk to Ryan and he says they will take care of all of it. I thought great, they are going to make it right. He says he'll look at the pictures then call me back, he calls 4 hours later and says, wait for it... he'll call tomorrow. You guessed it, no call back. I wait a couple days still no call. I leave him a voicemail, no call. I have spent 2 full days cutting and buffing but at least I was able to get 90 percent of the scratches out. Now I will have to pay to have the dents removed as well. I do understand that I did take it off the lot but the fact that they hadn't washed it, brought it back after dark then it rained for days. With the amount of scratches and damage being so much they had to know there is no way I could have done it. This dealers actions have shown they have no interest in doing what's right and they will take advantage of you if you let them. I did not read their reviews prior but wish I had, I am not the first person they have done this to. I hope that this review helps someone from making the same mistake as me and trusting people to do whats right. Go to another car dealer even if the deal seems legitimate. More

What a disappointing! Looked at a 83K truck. Told them I would take it and down hill from there. After over a week they told me everything was ready. Schedule a pickup. G Looked at a 83K truck. Issues with the truck that needed to be fixed had not been done. Truck still had no detailing. Stickers all over the truck. And on top of that the Manager was very rude!! If you looking for customers service stay away from Seattle Jeep! More
