Just be careful when you buy a car and they make promises. I purchase a leases and was promised 2 free gas , 2 full details for me and my wife. Also the car does not come with the roof rack bars lik promises. I purchase a leases and was promised 2 free gas , 2 full details for me and my wife. The oil express (7AM) change is the worst, service manager needs to be more proactive on why customers are waiting an 1 hour 45minute.I had a 7 o’clock appointment which I made buy phone. Here is an idea have 2men doing oil changes not 1 man trying to cover booth lanes is not very efficient. What is even worse is the poor customer who has to wait. It’s just as easy to buy my own oil bring it to my mechanic for 1/3 the cost. Did not wash my. Truck washed—> no. With my management skills I could have you up and running efficiently. They will rush you and lie to you just to make a sale. I purchased a truck bed liner as part of the sale. I was expecting a Mopar part but got some cheap made in china brand bed liner. This is the worst dealership I have EVER dealt with. The service department was worse than poor. They have pitiful communication standards and are not honest. The mechanic I have been using and trust from another shop told me exactly what I need, but they do not work on transmissions. I foolishly took it to Arrigo who told me I needed over $10,000 dollars worth of work on my engine. It was fine when I drove it there. If it needed so much work, why were they so interested in buying it from me? I do not trust the integrity of either the sales or service department and neither should you! It used to be a good service dept. until Arrigo sold it. More
