We met Sara and her knowledge (starting with the pre video she emailed of the car) was amazing. Very sincere and gave great tips from personal experiences. We let he know the numbers we needed in order to make the deal work and everyone (sale, trade-in, finance) worked together to obtain a very fair transaction. The process was quick and it was extremely refreshing leaving the dealership with the feeling that everyone did their best to ensure we were satisfied. Great job everyone! More

Even before making the drive, she did a 360 in and out video walkthrough of specific CPO Mini in mind, so that's exactly what she worked with us on. Even before making the drive, she did a 360 in and out video walkthrough of the car, with the top up and down, which gave us the confidence that it would be worth a look. We ended up purchasing it and were completely happy. Santos also worked with us to qualify for a financial incentive, and made sure we got it. So kudos to him as well. All in all, a great experience. We had been to many dealerships before this one and they all had that feeling of shadiness. If you're in the market for a Mini, def keep this dealer in mind. We LOVE our new Mini 😍 More
