My salesman Thamar Michel was so unprofessional during the sales process. He almost lost the sales if it wasn't for Mr Frederique that came alone and with patience to assisting me of secure an Insurance w the sales process. Mr. Frederique was very professional and very patient. I was going to cancel the the sales and Mr. Frederique convince me to not cancel the deal and told me that he will speak to Mr. Michel request permission to assisting me secure insurance. Mr. Michel does not have patient and let me seating down never check on me. I am very happy with my new car and I want to Thank Mr. Frederique so much for his assistance. It took hours to buy a car.
