I found a car listed at a fair price on the dealership’s own website and drove there ready to buy. Upon arrival, the salesperson quoted me $10,000 higher than the advertised online price. When I showed them the listing from their site, they initially denied it and made excuses. I wasted over 4 hours at the dealership going back and forth, clearly showing the price on the web. They finally agreed to match the online price, but only after dragging it out. The salesperson then became very rude and had a terrible attitude. Instead of apologizing for the discrepancy, he tried to justify why the higher price was the “real” one and made me feel like I was the problem for expecting them to honor their own advertised price. The entire process felt dishonest and disrespectful. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a frustrating ordeal with pressure tactics and poor customer service. I ended up buying the car only because I had already invested so much time, but I deeply regret it and will never return. Strongly advise others to avoid this dealership. If the online price looks good, take screenshots but expect issues and attitude when you show up. Shop somewhere that values honesty and respects your time. More
