I came to this dealership to look at a 2023 Honda CR‑V and the experience was one of the most unprofessional I’ve ever had. I arrived with a verified KBB Instant Cash Offer of $5,278 for my trade‑in. Instead of respecting that, the dealership tried to lowball me with a $1,500 offer nearly 70% below market value. After telling me they had good news they raised it to only $2,500 and tried to spin that as if they were doing me a favor The sales manager, Santiago Genao Abreu, then added exaggerated and unnecessary damage categories into KBB to manipulate and force the number down. Even after manipulating the inputs, the KBB value STILL came out higher than my original offer. When I pointed out the obvious Santiago became defensive dismissive, and told me, ‘you’re barely starting in this industry, you don’t know more than me.’ That’s not professionalism that’s ego and insecurity. Instead of explaining the numbers or negotiating honestly he ended the conversation with ‘have a good day’ and walked away. This dealership relies on lowball tactics manipulation, and disrespect when they can’t justify their numbers If you value transparency honesty or basic customer respect, avoid dealing with Santiago and avoid this dealership altogether More
