Manny assured me he would send me the full software manual so I could look up all of the blink codes that day. It didn’t show up, so I emailed him, no response. Waited 2 weeks and went in to the “service” center to talk to him in person. Again, it would be sent that day. 2 more weeks of no email replies to get one that he would be sending it shortly. 4 days later I asked what he ment by shortly, as I still didn’t have it. No reply 2 weeks later. I have called and spoken to other managers who said they would call me back in 5 or 10 minutes. Still no callbacks after days. I have left messages with the sales and general manager, no replies. They are under new management, but not honest management. During this time, my in-laws took their car in, and were told that it would cost $1200 and take a day or two. No answers when they called. After 6 days, it was finally ready, but now it was $5000, and they denied ever saying it would be $1200. Denied any responsibility, blamed them, made a low ball offer to buy the car. Previously I took my car in because grease was oozing out of the doors, it took them 8 days to finish up the “work”, and they said that they hand cleaned up the excess grease. They hadn’t touched it at all. When I took it back in I sat in the dealership so they would actually do something. When they finally actually looked, they found that all four windows regulators were egregiously over greased. It took 4 more hours to clean it up. I am not a factory certified tech, but I can remove and replace a window regulator in less than an hour on a Honda or Toyota, so I don’t know why it took four hours to wipe the excess grease off of four of them.
