As explained in the text reply, the overall experience was pleasant. I dropped my '21 F150 off at 8 a.m. on Friday 15 APR 2022 for scheduled recall item repairs, expecting it to take a few hours. They too was pleasant. I dropped my '21 F150 off at 8 a.m. on Friday 15 APR 2022 for scheduled recall item repairs, expecting it to take a few hours. They took it back immediately. Waited in the lounge area and then decided to walk as it was a nice day. Made it to Jay's Diner (excellent breakfast - work with April H!) and waited for family. We decided to go back to Cortese after breakfast (around 10:30) to look at some Explorers. When I checked to see where they were on the process, they had not even started, but was "next up". Went back out to look at the Explorers in the pre-owned lot. Serena (spelling?) greeted us warmly and I mentioned how we enjoyed working with Bryce to lease the F150. She said she'd let him know we were out here & see if he wasn't busy. He came out and showed us the two '21 Explorers they had, inviting us to climb in and he explained many of the features. He showed my 8 year-old daughter the back seat and third row features. He explained all of the nuances of the Limited edition we were looking at to my wife and I. If you are looking to lease/buy, I cannot recommend Bryce highly enough! He is *very* detail-oriented. If we were in the position financially, we would have purchased that '21 Explorer then! I look forward to working with Bryce in the future! The service guys are knowledgeable and cordial, I guess I just expect that when I drop something off seemingly first in line, it gets worked on first. Best regards, Marc More
