This was my very first car that I ever leased on my own. Sam was absolutely fantastic! I was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours, but it wasn’t rushed. I was explained the ins-and outs of my vehicle so Sam was absolutely fantastic! I was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours, but it wasn’t rushed. I was explained the ins-and outs of my vehicle so I was familiar with the controls, they made sure the car was clean and up to par before I drove off the lot. Ike was super helpful, and thoroughly explained my financing and graciously answered any questions. I love my car & I love Dean Team! More

I had an excellent buying experience with the Dean Team. My experience here was vastly different than the experience I had at another dealer. I never felt like I was getting that “sales push” that is so p My experience here was vastly different than the experience I had at another dealer. I never felt like I was getting that “sales push” that is so prevalent in the car business. Sam and Tim were very helpful and answered all my questions, including some questions I didn’t know I had. The energy at the dealership just felt good… Teamwork seemed evident. I’ll never know why that whole financing thing has to be such a “mystery” but it was better here than any other dealer I’ve ever worked with. Jason did patiently answer most of my questions. It’s unlikely, but if I ever need to buy a new car again, I wouldn’t hesitate to make this my first stop. More
