Went to dealership for VW ID. 4's first annual maintenance. Our car had 2 pending recalls and we worked with Mike to make sure our recall work coincided with this maintenance. We shared videos of the car's issues with Mike, Karl, Sam, Drew & Alisha. Karl kept us informed about the process and ensured timely completion. The car's issues were related with the car's 2 recalls (software update, door handle lock/unlock non-responsive in rain). Thank you Mike, Karl & team. More
