Made appointment. for a Friday recall to be completed. Dropped off Thursday night. Then no call Friday, No Call Saturday. No Call Sunday. And finally got a call on Mon for a Friday recall to be completed. Dropped off Thursday night. Then no call Friday, No Call Saturday. No Call Sunday. And finally got a call on Monday. I had called sevaral times and never got a call back. Very Poor on communication. More

First time at Roesch Commercial Service Center for the 10,000 mile service on my Rossmonster (F-350) truck/camper. Ryan/Kyle and team were very responsive getting me scheduled and completing the service 10,000 mile service on my Rossmonster (F-350) truck/camper. Ryan/Kyle and team were very responsive getting me scheduled and completing the service while I waited. Very knowledgeable about the F-350 6.7L turbo diesel engine and things to look for. Felt more comfortable with the commercial service center given the 8000 lb weight and 24 foot length of my truck. Will plan to return for future service needs. More
