I have had great experiences in the past. But my last visit was a disaster. I got a oil change and the mechanic left grease all over my door handle and on my inside wall.. They told me they But my last visit was a disaster. I got a oil change and the mechanic left grease all over my door handle and on my inside wall.. They told me they could not rotate my tires because my lug nuts were stripped. The mechanic actually put indents in the middle of my lug nuts trying to get them off!!! Your service manager told me they were like that before I came in. I wash my car 3 to 4 times a week, I would have noticed them dented from previous service at Mr Tire where I bought my new tires. I have free tire rotation and balancing with them. I figured I would let Palmer do the rotation since it was free with the 3 oil change special. Then the service manager wanted to charge me $450 dollars to replace the lug nuts!! What!!! They cost $40 dollars at Advance Auto for set of 20. This is the worst experience I have had with Palmer Dodge in 10 years I have been Going to them. I hope you can fix this situation going forward. More
