Outstanding Service By Palmer Dodge.. Again!! Roberto in service and Ryan in parts did an outstanding job taking care of some service and warranty issues on my 2014 Ram 1500 eco diesel. I also had Roberto in service and Ryan in parts did an outstanding job taking care of some service and warranty issues on my 2014 Ram 1500 eco diesel. I also had to replace an interior door panel that my 1 year old German Shepherd chewed up. Thanks to Ryan for getting the part! Roberto also provides top quality customer service! More

Best customer service experience I've had in years! I took my vehicle to 3 different dealerships and Palmer Dodge was the only dealership to properly diagnose my vehicle in full detail. Two dealerships m took my vehicle to 3 different dealerships and Palmer Dodge was the only dealership to properly diagnose my vehicle in full detail. Two dealerships missed the issue completely, one dealership gave me a similar diagnosis without detail; however, Palmer was so thorough, informing, caring and understanding with their diagnosis that they've earned a lifelong customer. Just when you think customer service is dead, the quality of people that I've encountered here is beyond amazing. More
