The service department seems to have improved some since I was there a couple of years ago. However, all the employees seem to still be "lily white" and when approached seem to have little to no empathy. I was there a couple of years ago. That's why I went to Houston to Don McGill to buy my car instead this dealership. That's this area though, I guess. More

Until this week, I was very impressed with service here. However, not this time! 1. Initially lost my keys so I couldn’t leave 2. Then drove off only to see that every dashboard light was still on! However, not this time! 1. Initially lost my keys so I couldn’t leave 2. Then drove off only to see that every dashboard light was still on! When I turned it around and went back, he acted like it was my fault! Why didn’t I tell him check engine light, etc was om? Never mind that it had been looked at by service personnel while replacing battery and driven back out front for me to pick up! Apparently no one but me looked at dashboard! All on all, not exactly an experience I would expect from a Toyota dealership! More
