They will rush you and lie to you just to make a sale. I purchased a truck bed liner as part of the sale. I was expecting a Mopar part but got some cheap made in china brand bed liner. I have a tire match coupon from an email from the dealer and they refuse to match price Amazon because Amazon did not list a part number even though the brand, size and descripción matches. I just have my car serviced yesterday (Invoice No. CHCS139108) and I was told by the service advisor (Rudy H.) that a 3% fee will be charged if using a credit card after I spend over $1,000. That’s ridiculous and very petty of your dealership. You lost my business and a long time customer. I will not recommend this dealership to any friends or family. Charging credit card fee is not a standard practice and you will loose a lots of customers because of it. More
