Terrible communication from/with the service department. Replaced parts that were not needed and still didn't fix the problem. Had to take it to another repair shop to get it fixed properly. Service advisor damaged my door panels attempting to locate the source of a leak. Telling me I need new door panels, bec they are coming apart, They weren't like that when I brought car in!! I never sa locate the source of a leak. Telling me I need new door panels, bec they are coming apart, They weren't like that when I brought car in!! I never said I to look at my door panels!!! I told her to check leak on bottom of door, water was there when it rained. Probably need new weather stripping... I had NO problem with door panels.... Inept and clueless is how I would describe their service. All 4 door panels were touched where they are now apart!!! After damaging my vehicle, I was contacted by another manager, also of no help, and given the runaround ultimately resulting in me having a damaged vehicle and them taking no responsibility. Stellantis NA was also no help, ultimately siding with their dealership. They make a poor quality vehicle and refuse to accept responsibility of anything. I will never deal with this dealership and service department again. More
