Worst experience ever. I had to tell them to order the parts before I dropped my truck off. When I dropped off my truck, I needed a rental vehicle. They told me my FL licen I had to tell them to order the parts before I dropped my truck off. When I dropped off my truck, I needed a rental vehicle. They told me my FL license was not valid. WRONG ! My license has never been invalid ! I wasted 3 hours at the FL DMV the next day to prove them wrong. I had let my CDL expire because I did not want it any more. That was 22 years ago ! My license was valid, and I proved it with a letter ! They finished re-building my rear differential and charged me over $4000.00. I drove it home and when I turned in to my home, it was making noise from the rear axle. I had to waste more time and bring it back to them. I told them what I thought the problem was, and they did not believe me. 2 hrs. later, they did what I said to do, and that fixed it ! Thanks for nothing, you are all worthless ! I will never, ever, recommend this dealer to anyone ! More
