The whole thing started out bad from the get go with the service advisor that received me. I had purposefully scheduled the recalls on my truck to be attended to at the same time. I was told by the person w service advisor that received me. I had purposefully scheduled the recalls on my truck to be attended to at the same time. I was told by the person who scheduled the appointment that I would have to leave my truck there because although 1 recall could be done within 30 minutes, the other would take an unknown amount of time. Because of this I emphasized both on the phone with the rep that I would need a courtesy vehicle/loaner while my truck was in for the recall because my job requires site meetings and field visits, so it's dire that I have something to drive. I had just been here a couple months ago for an issue with my power button not functioning and I was in and out within 30 minutes and on my way back to work in a loaner. I set up my whole day to be able to get this taken care of and when I got there, he assured me a car rental was not needed and that I would do one now which would take about "45 minutes" and I would come back when yall were ready for the 2nd recall. An hour later I approached the rep and while he was on the phone with a service tech they said, they had not even pulled my truck into the bay. THEN he said, ok we'll get you a car rental. Even though I had scheduled my appointment for 9am, specifically asked for a truck, was guaranteed a loaner, he said all they had left was a pacifica because everything else was taken up during the time I waited. The lady working with the car rentals was super nice but there was an issue with the fleet insurance coverage and I was told that there was nothing that can be done about it. I made about 20 phones calls over the span of 1 hour trying to get it resolved only at the very last second, him to come back to me and tell me the recall was done and I didnt need a rental anymore. I was extremely late to a very important meeting at work and was reprimanded as a result. Had my request been handled appropriately, with the car rental in place, everything would have gone much smoother. I've always had a 5-star experience here but this time really went south and the advisor had a really dismissive attitude, seemed to not care or take accountability for anything. More
