Roel and his family have called Dallas home since the summer of 2007. Great service! Easy to work with over phone and internet. Didn’t even have to sit at dealer for more than 5min with the ease of the paper work done through overnight mail even though I live in NM. Vehicles are way nicer then most used car dealers who get there cars from auctions and have no history behind them. I will be buying all my vehicles from DLR! More

If you go to Dallas lease returns ask for Roel. Most pleasurable car buying experience I’ve ever had. He paid for a pre buyers inspection out of his own pocket, sent his windshield guy to my house to fi pleasurable car buying experience I’ve ever had. He paid for a pre buyers inspection out of his own pocket, sent his windshield guy to my house to fix a small crack in the windshield, made sure I left with a new battery and brakes after the prebuyers inspection paid for by the dealer and did everything he could to give me peace of mind I was getting a good deal on a great vehicle. I can’t say enough how helpful he was and how much I felt like this dealership actually cares about getting their customers into quality rides. I’m sending anyone I know that needs a car his way.
