My experience strarted with our Internet salesperson, Kevin. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and kind. Kevin is someone that you feel trust and that he really looking out for your needs an Not there to just make money. While Kevin was spectacular, I also found the service dept persons: Dan and Tony to be top notch, along with the finance lady. So.... you might think that this is just a well polished and trained sales technique by Subaru: I don’t think so as I returned a week later for some car accessories and was treated as if I was going to buy another car.
