The car wash is provided as a stamp on your repair order, which allows you to stop by and use the wash at your convenience rather than having to wait for it to be completed during your service visit. We also understand your concern regarding the shop supplies charge. The oil change mailer coupon does state that shop supplies and applicable fees are additional. Shop supplies cover consumable materials used during the service, including the proper handling and disposal of materials and waste generated during the service. Thank you for taking the time to talk with me yesterday to go over this concern, and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I sincerely apologize for the frustration and confusion you encountered while trying to use your Tire and Wheel Protection Warranty. That is not the experience we want our customers to have. After reading your review, I spoke with Robin about what happened. He admitted that he was confused about the difference between your coverage and the road hazard warranty that we have when you buy tires from us. He realized that once your husband explained the coverage was part of the protection plan purchased when you bought the vehicle. At this time it became clear to him where the misunderstanding occurred. Robin sincerely apologized for the mix-up and now understands how to properly look up and verify this type of coverage in the future. I also met with the rest of our service team to review this process so that everyone is on the same page and knows how to identify and verify these warranties correctly. Our goal is to ensure no customer has to go through this type of confusion again.
