One of worst experiences had with Robert McMillan and response from his manager. Money minded to meet sales , misguiding women customer who does not have technical knowledge. Charged more than the dealer response from his manager. Money minded to meet sales , misguiding women customer who does not have technical knowledge. Charged more than the dealer recommend 30K miles package by doing itemised bill. His manager supports and could not help to change from itemised to their package. Never go to this dealership again. We had to tell him the tires were new and do not require rotation. Who in the world will go to itemised price when package has more service available for less cost. They are not customer focused , it’s money focussed dealer! More
