Robert is an amazing Service Advisor and representative for Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney! Everyone that I interacted with today was AWESOME, but Robert was key to my first impression and he was quick to un for Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney! He seamlessly worked in collaboration with other team members and was orchestrating a fantastic experience for me. I just moved to Frisco from the Atlanta area and needed to have a few things checked out and updated on my 2017 1794 Tundra. I looked up the closest dealership and Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney was just 6 miles from my home. Upon my arrival, there was good signage followed by a flow of team members directing me to park, introducing me to the process, setting up my service team member (Robert), and even assurance that a technician would complete my work after going to the parts department. Even the parts team was enjoyable and had my part in hand already. I received a "Welcome to Texas" comment and a discount on my first part from the dealership. WOW! Well done team! And when I asked Robert if I was going to receive a survey email later, he let me know that I could log online and enter this info here. THIS EXPERIENCE is new to me and I must also compliment the staff at Pat Lobb Toyota for the internet interface that allows me to see the team members and give feedback. Had I known this was going to be the case, I would have paid more attention to everyone in the process and collected names for proper recognition! Next time... Thank you for being another validation point that my move to Texas was a good one. I love it here and the team at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney really contributed well today! You guys rock! More
