I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

Both Frankie and Lindsey were great. They say Toyotas sell themselves, but Lindsey made it easy, and like we were buying from a friendly neighbor. When I saw the Tacoma that i was looking for in the Heritage inventory, I gave a call and Seth took it from there. Having been in an a car accident which totaled my vehicle, I was in real need of a new vehicle. Colby turned out to be exactly the kind of salesperson to guide me through the process. I am a person that does not want to waste anybody's time and have anybody waste mine. I told him this since day one and he was awesome and accommodating. The little things that can mount up to hours in a de and have anybody waste mine. I told him this since day one and he was awesome and accommodating. The little things that can mount up to hours in a dealership he took care of via emails and phone calls. He sits back and listens to your needs and adapts to what you ask of him. Definitely a great salesperson. BTW total time at the dealer from first contact to having the keys in my hands was less than 2.5 hours with everything he did backstage. AWESOME! More
