Ridge Hancock in service is always professi been treated expertly by the service department and everyone in main office when Don J. Wasn’t available. Ridge Hancock in service is always professional and very pleasant. The new ( to me ) young lady in service department that I experienced for the first time ,sorry but don’t know her name, was excellent in every way. I mentioned that to Ridge as I was leaving. Years ago I was rapidly moving up at Babcock and Wilcox Corporation then suddenly had to leave due to illness. NOT BRAGGING!! But I recognized quality personnel. Following that I ran a business for 47 years. Only telling my background. Keep up the good work. More
